Developer Update

Our beautiful new residential phase Bellaire is now open. Generous lots, from 6,000–9,000 square feet, feature four different home styles. As many as four new parks will afford numerous recreational opportunities, and a new Georgetown elementary school is proposed. Future plans include a broad mix of amenities, both commercial and recreational.

Planning has already begun for two more residential areas in Georgetown Village.

Please check back for updates on our progress.

What is a PID?

In order to operate and maintain most of the common areas within Georgetown Village, a Public Improvement District (or a PID) was formed by Shell Ranch Development. The PID is governed by a Board of Directors which includes Georgetown Village residents and is appointed by the Georgetown City Council.

A PID is created pursuant to State Law and the Public Improvement Assessment Act, Chapter 372 of the Local Government Code.
